The CEO reorganised his company to create a new position for me

I now know for certain it was money well spent.

I am pleased to be able to tell you that I have just been offered the position of VP Product Management at ************* Corporation and will be starting the week after next.  I would therefore like to take a break in the programme while I concentrate on my new role.

I said at the beginning of the programme that I would judge it on its merit and so you may be interested to know that, in my particular case, it has clearly more than paid for itself.  Three weeks ago a recruitment agent happened to come across my re-formatted CV on the Internet.  He contacted me to ask if he could tout it around his contacts, none of whom had any vacancies, just on the off chance since he was so impressed by the way it was presented and thought it might spark some interest.  A few days later I was asked to visit the CEO of ******* Corporation who told me he would like to reorganise his company to create a new position for me.  It almost seems that he had made his decision before meeting me and based just on my CV.  After a further 7 lengthy meetings with his entire management team to confirm that decision, I was offered a job which exactly fits my objective.  My next most promising opportunity, for which I am only at first interview stage and it is far from certain, could not start before mid-feb.  It is clear therefore that the CV you help me put together not only got me the type of job I was wanting, but got it for me at least 6 weeks earlier.  During which I will have earned rather more than the cost of the programme.  I now know for certain it was money well spent.

On a more general note I found the whole programme informative and worthwhile and the discipline of having to meet you each week and do my homework kept me motivated at a time when quite frankly I was finding it a bit of a struggle.
