Subject: Good News - I have accepted an Offer
I wanted to give you an update and some good news.
 
Over the last few weeks I have been involved in a number of discussions that led to me receiving two offers last week.  One from Cxxxxxx (Through Rxxxxxxxxx) and one from XX Group (Through xxxxxxxxx).  What was interesting was that both roles were quite different.  Cxxxxxx was offering me something that was very similar to my previous role as UK and Ireland SAP lead.  xx Group were looking for someone to act as Programme and Information lead within their IS organisation.  After so many months it was great to get the offers (like buses arriving at the same time!) and I have accepted the role with XX Group starting next Monday.  This role I believe better meets my overall career objectives and my work life balance.
 
Thank you both for your support and efforts over the last few months.  It has been frustrating at times but pleased to have got the offer at this time.
