Christopher Mason Out of Africa, and raised in the UK. Early career in engineering and manufacturing, IMI, Sandvik, and Firth Brown and then a hands on involvement with all aspects of building and running SMEs. After completing an MBA at Warwick in the early 90s, moved to live and work in the US. From 2000 onwards, Christopher worked with a number of companies in executive career management before taking over the client base and assets of the highly regarded Connaught Executive Career Services business in 2005. This served as the initial platform to develop the leading organization that Connaught has now become in proactively serving and supporting the career potential of future leaders and senior executives. Claire Sampson Joined Connaught after a successful career at a senior level within global IT corporations. Claire has worked internationally running a number of business units across EMEA. Throughout her career she has coached and mentored many senior people, in career development and succession planning. Nigel Wood Nigel came to Connaught from an executive position within healthcare. He has a background within the NHS and independent sector and experience of leading and managing large multi-disciplinary teams and professional groups of staff. In his spare time he enjoys travelling. Tim Wilkes Tim brings over twenty five years experience in global human resource capital consulting with experience in Europe, Asia and the Americas. His prior experience was as an Army officer. He is a past chairman of a hospital fund raising committee and trustee for a number of charities. He is a passionate and competitive sailor, and classic car enthusiast. Charlie Phillips After a successful career in executive search, as senior recruitment specialising in the FMCG and Legal sectors, Charlie took the opportunity to explore the not-for-profit sector where she worked for the charity "Kids Company" as a volunteer and contractor. Prior to this Charlie spent some time working with a major organisation in the in outplacement field. She is passionate about exploring different cultures. Her favourite countries include France, Italy and Thailand. Anthony Jacques Anthony spent fifteen years at Lloyds of London following an initial career in the Army. He has worked in Career Management since 1993 and is married with a grown up family. David Northwood After a successful senior career in the Insurance Industry, David has been involved in assisting senior people in the management of their careers since 1999. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors, a qualified Myers Briggs practitioner and is married with five children. Anthony Rees After graduating from Oxford, Anthony spent most of his career in retail marketing, latterly as Director of Marketing at Sainsbury’s. He has been in career management for the past seven years and is married with two grown up children. |
