At the outset there will be a number of one to one discussions to understand the client. All too often, busy and successful people are unaware of all the options available to them, and all too often they fail to appreciate their full capability and potential in the market place.
We have the experience and objectivity to develop the focus and direction for each of our clients so they can make the most of the opportunities that arise.
We have a deep understanding of how the senior job market works, born of dealing with senior executives and members of the headhunter community over several decades.
Having agreed their objectives, we go to work with each client to get them in front of the appropriate sections of the headhunter community as soon as is practical.
At the same time as we are engaged in this proactive activity for our clients, we are working with them to prepare and brief them for the enquiries they will receive and the ensuing interview scenarios they must be fully prepared for.
Approaching the market on behalf of each client
The recruiter/headhunter market at this level has expectations and standards that must be met in order to be successful.
We only progress into the market with each client when we are satisfied that those standards have been achieved, otherwise we will fail to make the right impression at the outset and compromise any future dialogue for the client and indeed for Connaught clients generally.
We engage in detailed, structured conversations with the relevant individuals at the appropriate recruiters / headhunters. Because of our in depth knowledge and understanding of each of our clients we can actively promote each client to best effect.
Connaught is entirely neutral in its dealings with all the headhunters and there is no financial or other contractual relationship with Connaught. This ensures that there is no potential for any conflict of interest.
Once a client is in their new role
We continue the relationship beyond the point of acceptance of an offer. We would normally expect to be in contact with our clients at about 90 days after starting in the new role.
We also have a facility beyond the term of the Programme where, should you need advice on a career issue, simply call us and we will provide a completely impartial view and advice as an informal mentor.
