When I started looking for a new job I honestly thought that it would be a simple case of sending off my CV to prospective employers via the appointments section and online agencies. How naive I was!!

I was rejected by so many companies for positions that I felt that I was ideal for. From a salary of £65k I was turned down for jobs of £30k. I really began to doubt myself. Luckily, I was introduced to CONNAUGHT by a friend who had been through their programme.
