Just a note to say thanks for the excellent coaching I received from you throughout the Connaught Executive process. I am now in a great role I secured within two weeks of starting my personal career campaign. I am already enjoying my new career in consultancy.

Before the Connaught process began I was 35, stuck in a poor performing investment bank; undervalued and unchallenged and yet knew I could not afford a total career change at this time but didn't know what to do.

I found that the focus and feedback obtained from you lifted me out of the rut, gave me back my self confidence and enable me to identify what it was that really fired me up. Out of this process came a very focussed, motivated and energised self, and incredibly powerful CV and a way to get a job that had the potential to gain greater long term rewards (intellectually and financially). Without the Connaught process I would not have had the focus, maturity and self confidence to do what I have done and I don't ever see yself looking back.

Would I invest in this process again and come out of the other end with less short term financial reward? For the challenging and rewarding career I now have, that plays to my previoulsy unexploited strengths, that fires me up each day, the answer is a resounding YES.
